The Department of School Education of Karnataka conducts the Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for the recruitment of teachers in various government and private schools in the state of Karnataka.
Karnataka TET 2019 Important Dates (Tentative)
Start of Online Registration: August, 2019
End of Online Registration: September, 2019
Exam Date (1st): November, 2019
Karnataka TET 2019 Eligibility Criteria
The age of the candidate should be between 18-40 years.
For Paper 1
Candidates should have successfully completed their class 12 or other equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised board. Or
Candidates should have successfully completed their graduation with Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognised university or institution.
For Paper 2
Candidates should have successfully completed their B.Ed or Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) degree from a recognized university/institution.
Karnataka TET 2019 Application Process
Candidates are required to apply online by visiting the official website www.caconline.in
Fill up the application form by giving all the appropriate details.
Finally get a printout of the filled in application form and keep it for future reference.
The application process is finally complete with the payment of application fees.
